*Harnessing AI-Generated Writing in Finance: Key Benefits: Emmanuel Walckenaer, CEO, Yseop — a leader in data-to-text driven AI-generated writing — offers his take on using AI to auto-produce finance reports in this piece.

Yseop and its competitors use a version of AI writing first popularized in the last decade by newspapers looking to auto-generate short news stories from sports, finance, real estate and other data.

It differs from AI writing based on GPT-3 and similar autowriting engines by taking data on a company’s financial performance, for example, and running it through a pre-fabricated story template to create a report on that company’s health.

Dubbed ‘WordPress Publisher,’ the tool allows users to set featured images, the author, categories and tags in the copy it exports.
